Bread

Unlike other bakers we don't run a night shift, as we like to get our bread to the customer in it's freshest state.

We do a wide range of bread from a standard white sandwich loaf, farmhouse and bloomer. In brown we do standard wholemeal and granary, but also the more unusual. We have our own malted grain blend which is used to make our own recipe mixed grain loaf. We also do organic and gluten free loaves, and rye and rye and caraway.

Good range of rolls from cocktail size to our large Italian foccacine bap.
